Book Review on Boy by Roald Dahl

 Book review

I am doing a book review on Boy by Roald Dahl, the book was interesting, My favourite part was how he based it all on his life. He had a crazy life how there was a mouse plot and scared everyone. It was all about how he did wonderful thing in hes life and mistakes that he made in he life but it was  at the end.

It's cool how you can just read the back of the cover and it make you want to read it more. I liked how he used interesting sound affects like swish-crack and zoom. Hes hole book about his life is amazing, he had everything happens to him like moving school going to an island even doing a prank with a mouse this book was cool it is a 9 out of 10 book.

You should read this book as well it will blow your mind.

Solar System

What is a Solar System?

The sun together with all the planets and other bodies that revolve around it.

What is the Milky Way an example of?

The concentration of stars in a band adds to the evidence that the Milky Way is a spiral galaxy.

What is a Star?

star is a luminous ball of gas, mostly hydrogen and helium, held together by its own gravity.

Describe a Nebula.

A disturbance in a nebula causes its center to begin collapsing from gravity.

Most stars take millions of years to die. When a star like the Sun has burned all of its hydrogen fuel, it expands to become a red giant.

Is there an up or down in space?

In space, there is no up or down. That can mess with the human brain and affect the way people move and think in space. How can Stars be used to Navigate?

100 word challenge

Chicken strips

we had to make a 100 word story and we had to add all the words that I highlight'ed hope you like my story.

I heard a gigantic bang, crash followed by a powerful boom that shook me out of my imperfect hut. Huh? I looked around startled, trying to figure out what all the racket was about. I went to pick up my bucket when I heard doom echoed through out the canyon. I saw a hilarious tiny magnificent monster. I ran fast towards the monster, zap, zoom, boo, kapow! Poof I had defeated the monster, it began to rain excellent chicken strips. I jumped up and down full of excitement then started to collect the chicken strips that covered my home.

The deterrent compered to the 1920 to today are. We have phone's and in the 19's they used telephone's that were connected to a cord, the 19's din'int have that much technology they had they had automobile's, air plane's, washing machine's, radio's, electric razor, jukebox and more the 19's had heaps of wars around the world like world war 1 and the Korean war. now you know about the 19's.

If you were going to write an autobiography about your life, what would be some main events that you would include? What has made a big impact on your life?

I like to play basketball I play for gators when i was young i dint know how to play basketball it took a lot of time to get good at basketball and now I play for a school I do under 13 basketball I have played for Canterbury it took a loot of practices just to get here.
